Thank you Miles and Charlie for today’s discussion.

The passage of the mega bill by the Senate GOP has extinguished every ounce of America's reserve ability to stave off the creep of tyranny now enveloping her. The current GOP Congress has failed America and in just five plus months chose to vote for an unnecessary tax break for the wealthy that will cost $20 trillion including interest over 10 years, plus an additional $5 trillion debt ceiling increase, further condemning untold future generations to a servitude existence.

The current government has collectively failed, or ignored, to understand history and the backstory of the 'Fall of the Roman Empire'.

The president has sacrificed America to an economic death spiral to grow his own ‘Midas Touch’ wet dream. He is an old man with limitless blind ambitions that are endangering America, and the world.

After listening to your discussion, I have this question: why do you think you are so far away from the mission of the Democratic party that you have no respect for it?

Listening to you both, you frankly sound to me just like the Democrats I grew up with. What do you believe makes you unable to grasp that Democrats want to govern FOR the People?

My impression for decades is that Republicans want to support business and whatever happens happens. Republicans are disconnected from the voters once they have been elected. My conclusion is that Republicans think supporting the citizens that vote for them and entrust their tax dollars to them is somehow quaint.

I don't expect an answer. I simply wanted to point out that Democrats like the rules, want to use the rules to improve our nation, and have a rich soft power foreign policy, and care about our neighbors and trading partners. Is that NOT a Republican value?
