I’m sure you are doing everything you can to stay safe but you and others like you who are speaking out have me terrified for you. The magas and ‘rump are willing to do anything.
The Stasi of East Germany & the KGB of Soviet Russia are good examples of bad policing. It's very similar to the Gestapo & SS of Nazi Germany. Autocrats must have a secret police force to stay in power. They work over, under, around & through the law in order to satisfy the depot's need for absolute control.
In some of the other Substacks that I follow where I post comments I have suggested a documentary, I believe it's on Prime Video or maybe Netflix. The name of it is "Ordinary Men". It's a story about how ordinary men became murders that could shoot & kill people on command. They were policemen, there were people that had degrees & doctorates. The documentary explains how ordinary men can be turned in killers. It's less than an hour long & I highly recommend it. It will terrify you to learn how people can either be convinced or convince themselves to shoot unarmed people, men, women & children for the good of the state. That horror all started when Hitler convinced a large portion of the German population that Jews were vermin & the cause of all the trouble in Germany at the time. Does the term vermin, poisoning of the blood of America sound familiar, that has its roots in Hitler's & Goebbels speeches. Now ICE is lowering its requirements for hiring "agents".
Once the FBI has been gutted of the honest men & women that work there & are replaced by automated toadies of the trump regime we'll start to see the round ups get even more harsh & severe & we'll eventually see WHITE citizens rounded up too because they are Democrats or anti-trump. It will just be a matter of time that disappearances will occur unless by some stroke of good fortune & real pushback can stop this fascist train as it rushes down the track!
